The RICS Homebuyer Service
A comprehensive independent report to assist a purchaser with a home purchase. The inspection advises upon the internal and external condition of the premises giving priority and listing urgent repairs, those which will require attention in due course and matters which may significantly influence the market value of the property.

The inspection includes a valuation and an insurance valuation. This is the report most often chosen by purchasers requiring reassurance and an independent view of their potential home.
